What Do You Really $ell ® -- This is our flagship program and the subject of our second book by the same title. The workshop is designed to give companies and employees absolute clarity of what they really sell, the value to the customer, how to make that value a deliverable.
The Workshop is for everyone from the CEO to the janitor and inspires new ways to think about what they do and the importance of their role in the total big picture. It helps employees understand they are important part of stating and understanding the vision and purpose of the company and their position within the company.
The workshop will require advanced preparation and culminates in a session with all employees. They leave that session embracing a new paradigm and business owners, presidents, CEOs and management will have a new enthusiastic feeling of having everyone share your vision and passion. You will also have the option of quarterly review so that measurables can be tracked, progress reviewed, adjustments made and new thought introduced. It should also be pointed out that the workshop is very company specific and is customized to fit your specific company.
SEMINARS
What Do You Really $ell ® -- This is an abbreviated seminar form of the workshop designed to give attendees the basic frame work of the Workshop Program. Attendees learn the basic points that, in most cases, they can use and apply when they return to their offices. They will learn the questions to ask, how to ask them and how to assimilate and apply them to their own environment. This is a great first step to gaining absolute clarity. The seminar program is designed for a room full of different companies.
The Clarity Test
This is a great half day seminar on achieving clarity. It is designed for owners, managers and entrepreneurs and will give great clarity on their business “why” and move them toward living that which is their passion. Once clarity is achieved, it becomes much easier to impart that to both employees and customers.
KEYNOTE SPEECHES
What Do You Really $ell ® -- This is an abbreviated 30 or 60 minute address and is designed to raise the question as to what your company really sells. It is delivered in a light hearted and humorous fashion that will capture an audience’s attention and imagination. Your group will feel uplifted, inspired and empowered that they can do what is their passion and the employees or co-workers can be given the same kind of enthusiasm. We are big on Q & A and attendees will be given the opportunity to ask specific questions as well as sign up for newsletters and e-zines on the subject presented.
What Would You Do Today…If You Were Really Brave? – This is a very motivational and highly inspiring presentation on a life changing question. And it is not about running into burning buildings or necessarily about saving a life in a dangerous situation. Brave is different to everybody. In this 30-60 minute presentation, your attendees will be challenged to ask this life changing question every day…knowing that many days they will have no answer. Other days will bring about major “ah-ha” and life changing moments. Attendees will also be invited to submit their stories of daily bravery to info@reallybrave.com for a future book on bravery.
Oh, By the Way – This is the subject of the first book from the University of Street Smarts Publishing Company that explores a “come along side” approach to sales rather than an “in your face” approach. We will share stories of how companies have applied the Oh, By The Way method of closing and adding value to a sales call and what their success has been. It is an ongoing research so the stories are constantly updated and refreshed. This 30-60 minute presentation will leave your audience saying; “Wow…I can do that and so can our staff…” at all levels.
